Overview

The 3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer 7000a Pro is a semi-automatic uniform case sealing machine built for high-volume, industrial packaging operations, capable of sealing up to 40 cartons per minute. It features a top and bottom belt drive system paired with AccuGlide™ 3 taping heads, delivering strong yet low-impact tape application to protect both cartons and their contents. Designed for flexibility, it offers easy height and width adjustments via dual-extruded columns, a side-handle, and an integrated ruler, accommodating carton sizes from as small as 6″ L × 6.5″ W × ~2″ H to unlimited lengths, widths of about 26–28 inches, and heights up to 28–36 inches, depending on configuration. Its durable build and precision engineering ensure consistent, high-quality seals in demanding environments. This case sealer can apply a range of tape sizes and comes with a standard 2-inch taping head, however a 3-inch taping head can be easily interchanged for wider tape applications (up to 3 inches). The combination of speed, reliability, and adjustability makes it ideal for operations seeking to maximize throughput while maintaining seal integrity.
