The 3M-Matic™ Random Case Sealer 7000r Pro is a high-performance, semi-automatic solution designed to handle mixed-size cartons quickly and efficiently. Capable of sealing up to 24 random-sized cases per minute, it automatically adjusts to varying box widths and heights without manual intervention, making it ideal for fast-paced, variable packaging lines. Its top-and-bottom belt drive system ensures smooth carton movement, while 3M AccuGlide™ 3 taping heads apply tape securely with low impact to protect both boxes and their contents. The 7000r Pro case sealer can apply a range of tape sizes and comes with a standard 2-inch taping head, however a 3-inch taping head can be easily interchanged for wider tape applications (up to 3 inches). Built with a heavy-duty steel frame and dual-mast support, the machine is engineered for durability in demanding industrial environments. Operators benefit from easy-to-use controls, quick tape head changes, and optional features such as exit conveyors or locking casters to enhance workflow.
