The Nitech IPM LP20/20 UTS Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrap System is a turntable-style wrapper designed for efficient load containment and wrapping consistency. It features user-friendly controls and customizable wrap settings to accommodate a wide range of pallet sizes and load types. It features a quick-threading Uni-Tension power pre-stretch system that accommodates both 20” and 30” wide films, powered by a 1/2 hp variable speed DC motor for consistent and precise operation. The LP20/20 UTS offers smooth and reliable film delivery with powered pre-stretch capabilities that reduce film usage and maximize savings. Its low-profile turntable allows for easy loading with pallet jacks, improving operator ergonomics and productivity. The LP20/20 UTS also includes a photoelectric load height sensor, micro-computer control with touch keypad programming, and industrial push buttons for seamless operation. This machine is built for heavy-duty use with its 60” round turntable capable of handling up to 6,000 lbs and the system ensures secure, consistent wrapping for enhanced load stability during transit and storage.
